We provide a service to capture and organize your AI conversations. You own your data. Don't use it for illegal stuff. We'll do our best to keep it running smoothly.

Using Binder

Your Account

• You need to provide accurate information
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure
• One person or company per account

Your Data

• You own all content you capture
• You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service
• We won't use your data for anything else without permission

Acceptable Use

Don't use Binder to:

• Break any laws
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property
• Harm our systems or other users
• Capture data you don't have rights to

Payment & Refunds

• Free during beta period
• Paid plans will be billed monthly or annually
• Cancel anytime, no questions asked
• Pro-rated refunds for annual plans

Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime
• We'll notify you of planned maintenance
• We're not liable for third-party service outages

Termination

• You can delete your account anytime
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You can export your data before deletion

Liability

We provide Binder "as is" and aren't liable for how you use it. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
